1362 - 1363 - 1364 : Drop Head Threaders
Lubrification and chip removal assisted by large openings.
Die position markings remain perfectly visible at all times.
Guide hole for self-centring of die-head.
Heads with notched octagonal (or splined) drive for securing within the housing.
Cap for accurate positioning of dies. Also allows them to be turned around to cut threads tight up against walls without risking to be pulled out.
Long-reach centring guide for easy operation.
Compatible with manual interchangeable head threader, Mini Phenix and Phenix III, according to capacity.
To be threaded with the Mini Phenix ref. 138020 /138021, use only steel BSPT heads up to Ø 1.1/4".
For tubes complying with the EN 10255 S and EN 10255 W standards (former NFA 49115 and NFA 49145 standard medium and heavy duty series); only light series tubes are not recommended.
* Retaining pin must be removed when used with the Phenix IIB / Phenix III threading machines (ref 1375).
Compatibility :
A = ratchet Housing 1360, 1362, Phenix Mini, Phenix IIB, Phenix III, Phenix IV.
B = ratchet Housing 1364, Phenix IIB, Phenix III.
C = ratchet Housing 1363, Phenix IV.
