2517: Compact electro portable bender 18 V Ministem®

Bender designed for small installations and medium-sized houses, new build or renovation: wall-mounted boiler, bathroom, kitchen, sanitary, ..., up to Ø 22 mm and 7/8” (copper), Ø18 mm (stainless steel) and Ø 26 mm (multilayer).

Ultra-light, ultra-compact, only 4.9 kg machine alone, and 5.9 kg in operation (with battery, form and Ø 16 mm counter-form) for fatigue-free everyday use and easy mobility.
No limit to what you can do: elbow-in-elbow bends at shortest length, in all planes, even the most complex, and up to 180°, thanks to forms with articulated hook (Virax exclusivity), which also facilitate pipe insertion and removal.
High autonomy, up to 125 bends with just 1 CAS 18V - 2Ah battery (Ø 18 mm copper pipe / 90°), and fast recharging in only 40 minutes.
Fast cold bending without annealing the pipe (copper): less than 5 seconds for a 90° bend on Ø 22 mm copper pipe.
Precise and regular bending angle from 0 to 180°, thanks to variable speed drive.
Compatible with Eurostem® bender tripod ref. 251809 for working at man-height.
Rotation direction reverser to easily release the pipe after bending and return the form to the 0° position.
Lightweight and robust aluminum housing, gears with anti-wear coating, glass-filled PP handle.
Quick and tool-free change of forms and counter-forms.

Aluminum forms:
- Less wear for excellent service life.
- High resistance to bending stress and corrosion.
- Angular marking every 15°.

PA6 counter-forms:
- Easy set-up thanks to various markings (position of axis on machine, alignment mark with form).
- Minimized wrinkling thanks to excellent tube sliding.
- One-handed removal of the counter-form after bending, without dropping it, thanks to an exclusive pin with anti-ejection ball.
